Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Contact our support team within the 30-day window to request a return.
- Please return the product in good condition with its included accessories (travel bag).
- The free sleep mask is part of your order, so please return it together with the pillow.
- The pillow cover is removable and washable, so using and washing it during your trial period is perfectly fine.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, the name on the order, and, optionally, your reason for returning (it helps us improve).
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after your return is approved (timing may vary depending on your bank).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, at our expense.
Please Note
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns of items with no defect.
- For multi-pillow bundles (2 or 3 pillows), you may return the entire bundle or part of it. Refunds for partial returns are calculated based on the per-unit bundle price.
